MHFirstly I found having an hour of meditation and discussion a week to be a great way to reset yourself from the chaotic and worrying thoughts about work. Secondly, the practices learnt are helpful to use on a daily basis to avoid the chaotic thoughts occurring in the first place.

TessaLittle by little, the message of Mindfulness has planted into my mind and I have experienced change in myself. I was able to turn negative situation to a positive ending - this is not only benefit to myself, but to the people involved.
